Your inbox, handled. Every reply still yours to approve.

Up to 10 minutes saved per email handled*

Alfred reads your incoming emails, checks what's already in your CRM and ERP, and drafts the right and contextualized reply or the right update into the connected softwares. Nothing goes out, and nothing gets written back, until you say so.

How it works

Four steps, always in this order: the fourth is never optional.

Alfred reads

Every incoming email is triaged automatically as it arrives, across Gmail or Outlook: no polling delay, no manual forwarding.

Inbox

Alfred checks

Before drafting anything, Alfred pulls the relevant context from whichever systems are connected: order status from Odoo, deal history from HubSpot, the last invoice from Zoho.

Alfred drafts

A reply is prepared in your voice, grounded in what's actually in your systems, not a generic template.

Draft

You approve

Nothing is sent, and no record is changed, until a human reviews it. Edit it, approve it, or decline it -> Alfred learns from declines so similar emails get filtered better next time.

That's the real cost of the quiet tax every team pays today: reading the email, digging through scattered systems for context, writing a reply from scratch, and usually skipping the CRM update because there's no time left. Alfred does the reading and the checking, so you're reviewing a grounded draft instead of starting from a blank page.

*Estimate based on typical manual handling time for a routine customer email requiring account look-up, compared with Alfred's review-and-approve step.

Beyond the inbox

Ask Alfred about your upcoming meeting.

Before you walk into the room, or any time someone on your team wonders "has this client paid," "what's their delivery status," "did we already promise them something," just ask. Alfred checks every connected system at once and answers in one place, so nobody has to dig through the inbox, the CRM, and the ERP separately to find out.

Frequently asked questions

Alfred reads incoming emails, works out what each one needs, drafts a reply using context pulled from your CRM or ERP, and proposes any follow-up actions like updating a record, logging a note. Nothing goes out and nothing changes in your systems until a person on your team reviews and approves it.

Automation should remove the typing, not the judgment. Alfred handles the reading, the context-gathering, and the drafting, which are the slow parts. The decision to send stays with your team, every time. It's the difference between a very good assistant and a system quietly acting on your behalf without your knowledge.

Gmail and Outlook for email; Odoo and HubSpot for CRM/ERP; Zoho Invoicing, Billit, and Exact Online for invoicing and accounting. More connectors are added regularly based on what customers ask for. Don't hesitate to subscribe to the newsletter to be posted.

Every credential Alfred stores (your Gmail login, your CRM API key) is encrypted individually using AWS's key management infrastructure, hosted in the EU. Alfred never stores your data in plain text, and nothing is shared between customers.

Alfred is built for EU SMEs with GDPR as a design requirement, not an afterthought. Data stays in EU-region infrastructure, and data processing agreements are in place with every subprocessor that touches customer data.

A monthly fee for your company's plan, plus a price for each person who connects their own Gmail or Outlook mailbox and a flat fee for each shared mailbox. Connecting a CRM, ERP or invoicing tool is a small add-on. Colleagues who only work a shared inbox are free. No long-term contract. See current pricing.

All you have to do is sign up and then, for each connector (mails & CRM/ERP), fill in a few fields to grant access to Alfred. At each step, you can ask Alfred's support via the chatbot. If something is not working out, the chatbot will offer you to create a support ticket and our services will be in touch with you.

No. This is the one thing we won't compromise on. Every draft and every proposed action sits in your approval queue until someone on your team says yes.

You can decline any draft, and Alfred learns from that. Future emails like it are handled differently, or excluded from automation entirely if you'd rather handle a certain type by hand.

Alfred drafts in whatever language the customer wrote in: French, Dutch, German, English, and most other major languages, since it's built on Claude, Anthropic's AI model, which handles the vast majority of the world's written languages.

Yes, no lock-in, no cancellation fee. You can also switch your connected tools or drop a connector at any time; pricing adjusts automatically.

If your company or a single team is spending time replying to mails whilst searching for accurate data in a CRM or an ERP, you should try Alfred for free, no card required.
